On Sunday, June 10, The Plum Café in Cleveland will bring chefs from all over the nation to unite and cook in the kitchen.

The café is partnering up with Brendan Edwards who is a chef at Gold Cash Gold in Detroit, Michigan.

Even though The Plum Café is usually closed on Sundays, this week they will be open for the event.

Brett Oliver Sawyer, Plum Café’s chef says “we wanted to bring people we know and admire to Cleveland, to our restaurant… we want to do something fun.”

The theme of the dinner will be family-style and inspired by French cuisine. The chefs will collaborate their cooking styles together to create the dishes that will be served.

What to expect: An amuse-bouche to start off, followed by a main dish with vegetables, fish, and meat. Then, dessert will be served along with petit fours.

You can purchase tickets online. The event will start at 6 pm and ends at 9 pm.

The address is 4133 Lorain Ave in Cleveland, Ohio.

See you there!
