Audi has come through with a brand new version of the RS3, which has a basis on the 2022 A3 sedan. There also happens to be a 2.5-liter inline-five engine. And you wouldn’t believe it for any other car, but this particular model comes with 401 horsepower and at least 369 pound-feet of torque.
Additionally, it will be coming to the U.S. market as a sedan. Who could fight the fact that this Audi has an all-wheel drive, complete with torque vectoring. This vehicle comes with way more power and torque, as one can tell it improves with an additional 7 horsepower and fifteen pound-feet above the 2020 RS3.
There are further claims in the name of this game that announces that the RS3 of 2022 will be able to push it to 62 miles per hour in about 3.8 seconds. A seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gets together as is standard throughout the board. A variable exhaust should allow for a five-cylinder soundtrack.
Estimates for this new Audi hasn’t quite come out yet, but one can safely assume that it may very well round a bit above $57,195.
With the all-wheel-drive system, there comes torque vectoring found on the rear axle, in which power is changed up separately, based on which driving mode can be selected.
If you check out the drift, there’s an ability on the RS Torque Rear that will allow for a single rear wheel as you drive about a track. Isn’t that unique?
When you spot the RS3, it happens to be lower to the ground than what you would expect for the S3. Additionally, there are defining factors on the exterior, such as the black front grille, a diffuser, and special lighting elements during the daytime, intentionally meant to appear as a checkered flag.
When you spot the interior, there are loads of carbon fiber trim all around. There is also a digital gauge cluster that can show a fascinating tachometer.
